Simply contact us and one of our skilled engineers will visit to get your stairlift up and running again as quickly as possible.

Our warranty includes a commitment that we will always try to attend your premises within 24 hours of a breakdown, 365 days a year, and any necessary repairs will be carried out by our own trained engineers using genuine replacement parts. If necessary, a new replacement stairlift will be installed at no extra cost.

Our 12-month warranty also includes a full scheduled service of your stairlift towards the end of your first year of ownership, including a comprehensive 25-point check covering all its major components. We strongly recommend that your Stairlift is serviced once a year by an engineer to ensure optimum trouble-free performance for many years to come.

We will contact you before your warranty expires to discuss our range of cost-effective annual service agreements and extended warranties to give you continued peace of mind going forward.
